All deposits will go toward your service total , Any cancellations or rescheduling will result in loss of deposit ! You will need to pay a new deposit to book in a new time slot ! Cancellation Policy: Any & all cancellations result in loss of deposit. No Show Policy: A no show is a client who doesn’t answer or show up to an appointment. This will ban you from rebooking Rescheduling policy: I understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur and emergency’s happen but out of respect for me , please give a 48 hour notice ! Failure to due so in allowed time will result in forfeiting your deposit and appointment. To rebook, you will have to pay a new deposit. If given proper notice , you are be able to reschedule your original appointment while using the original deposit for your new appointment one time after cancellation. After the second time back to back rescheduling you , you will have to pay a new deposit! Late policy : 10 minute grace period After 15 minutes, your deposit and appointment slot will be forfeited !
